Job Description
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, and administrators to ensure seamless integration and delivery aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions based on business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and analysis
- Configure, customize, and integrate Salesforce applications
- Write Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC) & Aura components
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools for integration
- Handle data migration using tools like Data Loader
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to best practices
- Optimize processes while staying within Salesforce Governor Limits
- Support and troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues
- Estimate, prioritize, and manage workload in Agile teams
Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience in both development and administration
- Mandatory: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Preferred: Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder, JavaScript Developer I
- Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, and system configuration
- Experience in Agile development and working with global teams
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
