Role Overview: What You’ll Do

In this TCS Salesforce Developer job, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Implement complex business logic using Apex, Batch Apex, Triggers
  • Work with Experience Cloud / Community Cloud customizations and features
  • Build UI using Lightning Design System (SLDS)
  • Optimize code and ensure high performance
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs/web services
  • Use Visualforce, Visual Workflows, and other programmatic tools as necessary
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and deliver scalable solutions

Key Responsibilities & Skill Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations, especially Experience Cloud / Community Cloud
  • Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, and Integration technologies
  • Experience with Visual Workflow, Visualforce, Batch Apex, Triggers, SOQL
  • Good understanding of Lightning Framework and Lightning Design System (SLDS)
  • Proven track record of customizing Salesforce Lightning platform, especially LWC development
  • Ability to write clean, optimized code and handle complex UI/UX tasks
  • Familiarity with best practices around performance, error handling, and governor limits

Candidate Profile: Who Should Apply

  • 1–10 years (or relevant range) of hands-on Salesforce development experience
