Role Overview: What You’ll Do
In this TCS Salesforce Developer job, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Implement complex business logic using Apex, Batch Apex, Triggers
- Work with Experience Cloud / Community Cloud customizations and features
- Build UI using Lightning Design System (SLDS)
- Optimize code and ensure high performance
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs/web services
- Use Visualforce, Visual Workflows, and other programmatic tools as necessary
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and deliver scalable solutions
Key Responsibilities & Skill Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations, especially Experience Cloud / Community Cloud
- Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, and Integration technologies
- Experience with Visual Workflow, Visualforce, Batch Apex, Triggers, SOQL
- Good understanding of Lightning Framework and Lightning Design System (SLDS)
- Proven track record of customizing Salesforce Lightning platform, especially LWC development
- Ability to write clean, optimized code and handle complex UI/UX tasks
- Familiarity with best practices around performance, error handling, and governor limits
