Job Description for Bosch Salesforce Administrator Hiring 2025
- System Configuration & Customization: Configure & Customize based Salesforce development to support business requirements, including data model, lightning flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports. Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules). Must be keen to learn Apex customizations.
- User Management: Manage user accounts, roles and profiles; set up permissions and security measures to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Data Management: Oversee data imports, updates and cleanup; ensure data accuracy and data cleanup and consistency.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for different user groups to provide insights and support data-driven decisions.
