Skills Required for TCS Salesforce hiring 2025
- Certified SFDC associates 2 certifications minimum (1 Developer + 1 functional (service / sales)
- Strong SFDC Apex hands-on and LWC programming skills.
- Strong hands-on experience with org & application-level impact analysis and troubleshooting
- Deployment experience with best practices.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Experience of direct customer interfacing and status reporting.
- Ability to create basic to medium technical Salesforce design
- Ability to balance effort and multi-task across different modules / task tracks as per business/internal need.
- Basic familiarity with the deployment process and usage of common deployment tools (Copado, change set, Jenkins).
- Ability to query across Salesforce data model and perform analysis. Usage of various tools to extract and analyze data.
